Introducing the Jeeper Brut Champagne-Cuvee Reserve from Reims, France. We are the first company ever to import Jeepers into Ireland, and by doing so, we have selected something genuinely extraordinary. Is it worth it? Absolutely yes it is. A unique design, fantastic story, organic, natural, flavour of lemon tart, green apple and lots of minerality. Ideal with pork, salmon, shellfish, mild or soft cheeses. My new favourite Champagne! — James Suckling.

Sancerre La Cheney 2019 is a fantastic wine from the Loire region in France, one of the best growing regions in the world for Sauvignon Blanc. The Sancerre La Cheney 2019 is a classic Sancerre, with powerful aromas and outstanding floral notes. Bright, vibrant, aromatic and complex, gooseberries and citrus lead the way with a distinctive minerality. A dry, medium-bodied style with a long lively finish, this is the real thing!

Colin Barollet vineyards in France, date back to 1879. The domaine is known from producing wines of elegance, finesse, and balance. This Colin Barollet, Chablis is a 2019 vintage and 100% Chardonnay grapes. Located in northern Burgundy near Auxerre, the Chablis vineyards are alongside a small river aptly named: the Serein (“Serene”). Harvest by hand. Traditional vinification. Aged in oak barrels of 20 to 60% new oak for 8 to 15 months. The oak is mainly sourced from the Vosges region. The Chablis region is a limestone plateau cut by valleys. The Premier Crus lie on a stratum dating from the Kimmeridgian (155 millions years BC) with alternating marl and limestone and tiny deposits of oysters in the rock, reminiscent of the warm and shallow sea which then covered Burgundy.
