DENIS MARCHAIS, SAUVIGNON BLANC, FRANCE
Sauvignon Blanc from is traditionally from Western France, now successfully grown in emerging and established wine regions all over the world.The Loire region where this amazing Sauvignon is famously grown. To have a wine of this value is unique, which is unique to this club, is truly fantastic. The wines are produced from from its chalky soils. Fermented in low temperature with maximum protection against oxidation after complete settling. Matured on fine lees for 4 to 8 months.
RIO ANEJO CHARDONNAY, SPAIN
The Rio Anejo Chardonnay is a fabulous wine from central Spain. It is light whilst being wonderfully balanced with lovely fruit coming through. The wines are manually harvested from the beautiful region of Mancha wine growing region of Spain. The grapes are manually harvested in clay-chalk soils at 650 metres altitude. A great one that everyone will enjoy.
PONTE VILLONI PROSECCO, ITALY
This uses the full on champagne method not to be confused with the cheaper and half sparkling Frizzantes. The wines are vinified under cold pressure, thermostatic controlled in the steel vat and is taking place the champagne method for three months to give the wonderful bubbles and freshness.
