COLIN BAROLLET, SAINT VÉRAN, CHARDONNAY 2019, FRANCE
Colin Barollet, Saint Véran, Chardonnay 2019 is created through a traditional vinification, the grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. Settling, cold storing for 48h. Fermentation in stainless steel vats thermo-regulated at 16/20°C to preserve the aromas. Ageing in stainless steel vats on total lies between 8 to 16 months with regular stirring to gain depth and complexity. Appearance Intense and bright in colour with golden hues. A delicate nose of citrus fruits and white fruits.

The Sancerre La Cheney 2019 is a classic Sancerre, with powerful aromas and outstanding floral notes. Bright, vibrant, aromatic and complex, gooseberries and citrus lead the way with a distinctive minerality. A dry, medium-bodied style with a long lively finish, this is the real thing!

CHATEAUX SAINT GRAVES, 2018, FRANCE
Chateaux Saint-Robert, Graves, 2018 from Bordeaux was well known for its production in the 19th century and a well-admired wine with Enthusiasts. This Graves is a blend of 99% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Sauvignon is densely packed with tannins and rich merlot fruits. The wine is beautifully structured that goes well with any red meats, cheeses and any season. Saint-Robert is renowned for its wine production in the 19th century due to Mr Poncet-Deville. Originally in 1686, Jean Duroy, King’s adviser in the court of the Parliament of Guyenne, acquired the estate from its mother, Dame Anne Anne Robert, known as “Dame de Saint- Robert”, to which the domain now has its name. The vineyard is based in Bordeaux, Pujols sur Ciro and is a 33-hectare estate.Winemaking process: The harvest, totally destemmed, ferments in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (28 to 32°C). At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wines were put into barrels for 12 months.

A simply fantastic 2018 Fleurie from the Jean-Francois Protheau vineyard in Beaujolais France. A 2018 vintage, 100% Gamay. The vineyard itself is situated on the Fleurie Hills between the villages of La Madone and Pioncé, this Fleurie benefits from a southern exposure which ensures maximum sunshine and creates this wonderful wine.
