The Alsatian vineyard is located at the extreme North- East of France. It stretches from the Bas-Rhin to the Haut-Rhin between the Vosges and the Plaine d’Alsace, from Marlenheim to Thann. The Alsace region benefits from a wide variety of terroirs, all very different from each other.
This Riesling has a very floral nose with notes of citrus and a mineral touch. Fresh and frank attack with a dense mid-palate. The finish reveals dry orange peel aromas with a slightly peppery note. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to oven-baked oysters with a hint of Riesling, linguine à la vongole or a tuna tartare with coconut. Serve chilled – 8-10°C.
