This delightfully crisp Divina Oro is what all Spanish Cava is about, produced under the strict Cava Control Board supervision. The Divina Oro Cava is created using the traditional champenoise method, the bottle fermentation process for Champagnes. The Cava process starts using selected yeast, under strict temperature control, to make the most of each grape variety’s aroma, each of which is vinified separately. Grape variety are 90% Macabeo and 10% Parellada. Serve 8-10°C. Cellar potential of 2 to 3 years.

The Divino Oro DO Cava has plenty of fine bubbles and pale yellow with green flashes. The nose has an intense, fresh and fruity aroma. This fantastic Divino Oro Cava will accompany snacks, foie grass, oysters, Dublin Bay prawns and caviar toast with butter. This Cava is particularly good with clams or any other shellfish and grilled fish or light rice dishes.
