Was well known for its production in the 19th century, 90pts from the Wine Enthusiast, 99% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon. Densely packed with tannins and rich Merlot fruits, beautifully structured, red meats and cheeses.

Originally, Saint-Robert was a “noble house”, which was renowned for its wine production in the 19th century. (due to Mr. Poncet-Deville). In 1686, Jean Duroy, King’s adviser in the court of the Parliament of Guyenne, acquires the estate from its mother Dame Anne Anne Robert, known as “Dame de Saint- Robert”, to which the domain should have its name. Bordeaux, Pujols sur Ciron. 33 hectare estate. Wine Grape Varieties,  99% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon. Clay sand.

Winemaking process : The harvest, totally destemmed, ferments in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (28 to 32°C). At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wines were put into barrels for 12 months.
