A lovely and intense garnet red colour. This Fitou reveals a powerful bouquel and a great complexity with aromas of ripe red fruits and spices of Garrigue. On the palate, the wine is fleshy and harmonious with a long finish. Can be served with roasted red meats, games in sauce and the typical dishes of the region such as duck terrine, cassoulet. Serve between 16-18°C. Cellar potential of 4-5 years.
